Project description: The investment-oriented interior design of this apartment in the “UNO. Golovinskie Prudy” residential complex is a space conceived as a flexible asset.
This 81 sq. m. project in Moscow was created for a scenario in which the owner retains the freedom to decide whether to put the property up for sale or prepare it for rent. The interior is designed as a versatile and marketable environment: neutral in tone, cohesive in materials, and visually cohesive, so that it works equally effectively both for the short-term presentation of the property and for its long-term use.
