Project description: The house in which the apartment is located is an architectural monument.
The apartment is located in the historical part of Palma de Mallorca, next to the central square of the city.
Going out on the balcony, you can immediately feel that you are in the very center of the city, lively groups of tourists, locals, street musicians, vendors of various souvenirs create a certain atmosphere.
In the process of work, it was decided not to change the layout of the apartment, but only to add small changes.
The customer of the project lives and works in Moscow and bought this apartment for recreation, so that he always had the opportunity to come with his whole family and relax from the noisy metropolis.
For us, as creative people, it was very important to fly to this insanely beautiful city, live here for a while, feel the local flavor, communicate with builders, furniture makers, study the layout of the building in which the apartment is located, explore the markets of local materials, as all this affects the design project to a certain extent.
