Project description: The two-storey house is located in an elite country village on Rublevo-Uspenskoe highway in the Moscow region.
On the ground floor of this house there are common access rooms, such as: an entrance hall with a large and spacious hall, a dining and living area, a separate kitchen, a guest bathroom, as well as technical rooms (laundry and boiler room) and staff quarters.
The second floor is a private area in which there are: a master bedroom, a bathroom, a dressing room, an office, a guest bedroom with its own bathroom, as well as a children's bedroom, a playroom with a dressing room and a bathroom.
From the kitchen and dining room there are separate exits to the shared terrace, and from the master bedroom there is a separate exit to the balcony.
On the house plot there are: a separate garage for several cars, a playground, a recreation area, a barbecue area, a gym area and a flat covered area so that you can drive up to the entrance of the house by car.
In designing the facade of the house, the landscape, as well as in the interiors, we relied on the preferences of our customers. We all like minimalistic ideas.
